You should use certain registrars and VPS depending on how controversial your website is. For controversial content, incognet is supposed to be a good registar for controversial content, as they allow whatever is legal as of US law. and they also have a VPS service. Another good registar/VPS service is mynymbox (I'm unsure how good it is for controversial things.), and Kyun is als, but they do not offer registration. All of these options should allow payment with Monero, and shouldnt KYC you. Njalla is also private, but is very ban happy.
